Recent Workshop Feedback  
The below is not just unattributable feedback.  Most, if not all, of our attendees believe that personal recommendation is the best form of marketing.  As a result, most would be more than happy to have a direct 'one to one' conversation with you.  So, if you'd like to speak to any of the attendees, to see whether they got value for money, then just ask and we can supply you with their names and telephone numbers, to allow you to do just that!

What are they going to do as a result?  

We thought you might also be interested in what changes attendees planned to make within 10 working days of coming on the workshop.  Why?  Because those that achieved a minimum 20% increase in sales only did so by taking action.  We know that if you don't take action within the first few days, you probably never will, as other 'priorities' take over!   This is what past attendees have committed to do:

  • Update my homepage
  • Change my collateral
  • Ask my clients to complete the custom profile  exercise
  • Look into homepage as it was identified it looked like we sold products not services
  • Think more about who our customers are
  • Look into Pay Per Click
  • Plan next website update
  • Recommend this workshop to a specific client
  • Tell others!
  • Review new design of website to apply visitor sight path, see areas for improvement
  • Check out Google Adwords for relevant publications
  • Look at ways of going from 'about us' and 'home page' to relevance for target audience
  • Ask for a website review
  • Define customer profiles and marketing campaigns
  • Look at Pay Per Click advertising

What attendees thought:  
  • An excellent day well spent
  • My website will improve as well as my business
  • It opened my eyes to better understanding my prospects
  • As someone very new to this area I found it informative and will definitely implement some of the processes when I return
  • A very powerful & informative workshop that I'm certain will improve our marketing via the internet and our marketing in general

What could we do better?  
  • Very little - excellent
  • More time to cover exercises - a little rushed
  • More information in written form from Rob - but exercises very good
  • Thought presentations were excellent - more time to do exercises and get feedback would have been good
  • A little less rushed (Might be my fault - sorry!)
  • Note:  As a result of this feedback the workshoips have now been extended from 10-2pm to 9.30 - 3.30pm with a hours networking lunch
